Stephanie Pilsner, MA, CCC-SLP, BCBA, LBA is the owner and lead behavior analyst at New Heights Pediatric Therapies. She provides clinical direction, performs assessments and evaluations, designs therapy programs, and oversees the provision of ABA therapy services at New Heights. Stephanie has 17 years in the field, starting as an SLP assistant, followed by a clinical fellowship and working as a Speech Language Pathologist in the school districts for several years before branching into applied behavior analysis. In 2017, she opened her own ABA clinic and has been a BCBA since 2021. Stephanie has experience assessing problem behaviors, providing direct therapy, utilizing various methods-including speech therapy collaboration-to teach functional communication, assessing skills and programming for skills instruction and creating curriculum to increase deficit skills.
